Unoptix transceivers perform identically to Nokia (Alcatel-Lucent) original transceivers and are 100% compatible. The Nokia (Alcatel-Lucent) 3HE11240AA compatible transceiver is 100% MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) compliant.
