10G SFP+ BiDi Transceiver 1330nm/1270nm 20 km LC
Intel # 12831 compatible SFP+ transceiver supports up to 20 km over SMF via a LC Simplex connector. This transceiver is compliant with SFF-8431, SFF-8432 and IEEE 802.3ae standards for seamless interoperability in multi-vendor environments. Digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM) is available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in SFF-8472. It features a DFB (Distributed Feedback) laser transmitter and a 10.4 dB link power budget, with support for 10G Ethernet, 10G FC and 8G Fibre Channel. Featuring low power consumption and reliable performance, this 10GBASE SFP+ transceiver is ideal for data center, enterprise wiring closet and service provider transport applications.
